Hello, I'm Angelika - here to empower you in my capacity as a Life & Leadership Coach, so you gain confidence, communication skills and other tools for better interactions with people at work and at home.

My practice probed skills are broad and deep:

Initially I trained as a banking consultant and investment advisor until I was head hunted for the position as Trainer/Coach at the Banking Academy in Germany, delivering their national Communication & Sales training courses (www.genoakademie.de).

 

At the same time I fell into the role of Executive Coach for Middle Management, because of my good intuition, my astute observations and my courage to speak out.

​

I'm also an accredited Life Coach,  a motivator & entertainer at heart and seek fresh experiences and adventure. I decided to make NZ my home while on a solo world travel trip.

​

Many of us long to feel braver and more confident so we can express our ideas, feelings and points of view at home, at work and in our communities.

 

Learning what we can do to be able to voice our thoughts and feelings and feel heard BUT NOT hurt by others is crucial for our wellbeing and success.

 

Clients describe me as very easy to talk to and inspiring to learn from.

In my coaching sessions, I draw on my knowledge and learnt techniques from many fields, including: Human Psychology, Psychodrama, Small Business Management, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Performing Arts, Communication, Emotional and Cultural Intelligence as well as my own rich life experience.

 

Working across all three economic sectors: public (education), private (tourism, finance), and voluntary, I have always maintained a focus on empowering people, regardless of whether I'm coaching the CEO or someone at the coalface.
